Ganesh Himal trek offers the abundance of beauty around the Kathmandu valley; the perfect holiday destination with family. It is a short and easy trek full of natural beauty and elegance. Along the scenic beauty of picturesque green valleys, Ganesh Himal trek captivates you with the beautiful views of snow-capped mountains such as Langtang, Annapurna range, Manaslu and Ganesh Himal of course.
Ganesh Himal trek is embarked after few hours’ drives to Betrawati from Kathmandu. We will be trekking along the villages of Gonga, Kispang, Rupchet and Sing la pass. The spectacular views of snow-capped mountain ranges can be seen from the Sing la pass viewpoint. This Ganesh Himal trek is also an opportunity to explore the culture, tradition, and religion of local inhabitants. The wow view of the Paldor peak can be seen through the Jaisal pond. Experiencing the trekking adventure for a couple of days, we head towards Syabrubesi. The visit to monasteries Gumbas at Gatlang resembles the Buddhist religion and tradition over there. Our delightful Ganesh Himal trek finally concludes after driving back to Kathmandu.

I availed Buna Trek’s Kathmandu Valley One Day Sightseeing Tour and it was truly one of the highlights of my stay in Kathmandu. Rudra was a spectacular tour guide and knew the city and its history like the back of his hands. I particularly enjoyed Kathmandu Durbar Square and Swayambhunath Stupa. The tour was well organized and leisurely paced. The transfer from my hotel to the sites and stopovers were seamless and Rudra was very accommodating and cheerful during the entire trip. Rudra even took the time to accompany in Thamel to explore the area’s nightlife and cultural show. I also got to taste authentic local cuisine as per Rudra’s recommendation, and the food in Thamel was nothing short of fantastic! It was like having a local friend tour you in Kathmandu, making the experience worthwhile and truly memorable. Kathmandu may be a tiny city but its people and culture will wow you big time! And all of these I experienced because of Buna Trek and of course Rudra. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience, I will be back for sure!
